ABOUT ME.
I have always had a passion for fitness, possibly inspired by my experience of classic eighties aerobic classes that I attended at an early age with my mum!
After 8 years working as a Graphic Designer, I decided to take an explosive leap sideways to retrain as a Personal Trainer. I wanted to pass my enthusiasm onto others and to help them reap the benefits of living a healthier lifestyle.
I’m constantly rewarded with personal satisfaction in supporting, advising and motivating clients to help them believe in themselves, as well as the results they are capable of achieving.
My focus is predominantly female-specific. As we already know, women are physically (and emotionally) different to men. In order to get the best results, the way in which women exercise should reflect this.
My training services offer a convenient and flexible way to work out, in the privacy of your own home, garden, local park or online. It’s ideal for any woman who doesn’t have the time or means to travel to a gym, feels intimidated by this environment, or is already too busy trying to juggle a career and a family!
Training can be one on one, with a friend, or in a group, from complete beginners to advanced athletes, an exercise programme will be created specifically for you.

I also offer online sessions via Zoom, Skype or FaceTime. Video calls can be an ideal way to continue your exercise regime if you’re unable to do face-to-face meetings. Allowing you to still get the guidance and motivation from a Personal Trainer. This way of teaching can also benefit those who are located out of my working area (including international locations).
